On a more macro level, should we monitor fluoride levels in our diet like we do fat or sodium? Most people do not know how much fluoride is in their tap water or what the recommended dose is. They also assume that fluoride found in their toothpaste and/or mouthwash is enough, so drinking an all bottled water diet (waters that frequently have no fluoride added to mainatain their utlra "pure" state) is harmless. Thoughts?
